How Bugfixes compares

Need crashes turned into tickets, rather than a broader monitoring platform? Bugfixes focuses on that workflow. The products below offer wider monitoring and debugging tools, several with automated ticketing and AI of their own. Here is how the scope and pricing differ.

Sentry is a broad monitoring and debugging platform that also supports ticket workflows and AI. Bugfixes is ticket-workflow-first. That is a difference in scope, not a claim that Sentry cannot produce the same outcome.

Product focusA focused crash → ticket workflow with notifications and optional AI assistance.Application monitoring across errors, tracing, logs, replay and profiling.
External ticketsGitHub Issues, Linear, Jira and Tracklines; the ticket is created and updated for you after setup.GitHub issue management and automatic Linear issue creation, configured as alert actions.
Repeat crashesThe known ticket is updated and priority escalates where the tracker supports it, including bursts.Alert rules and integrations can escalate; configure them per project.
AI outputDiagnosis, validation guidance and a suggested patch. A developer applies it — Bugfixes never opens branches or PRs.Seer can investigate, generate fixes and create pull requests, and can hand off to coding agents.

Pricing basisFree to start. $10/month with your own AI key, or $15/month with BugFixes-managed AI — flat per team, no per-seat or per-error charges.Developer is free for one user. Team is $26/month (annual billing, default data) with unlimited users; Business $80/month. Seer adds $40 per active contributor per month, so Team + Seer for three contributors is about $146/month before extra usage.

Entry prices as advertised on sentry.io/pricing, Seer, Linear integration docs. Not a quote for an equivalent workload; confirm volumes and billing interval before comparing totals.

All plans include unlimited occurrences and 2 projects (extra projects are a small monthly add-on); paid plans add 180-day report history. Need more? The first 5 customers get either plan free for the first year — reach out and we will set it up.

Questions

What counts as a crash?
Any unhandled error, panic, fatal, or crash your library reports. Log-level events are recorded but do not create tickets.
Does repeat crashes cost more?
No. Fingerprint deduplication means a repeat crash is the same report, not a new one. It bumps priority on the existing ticket instead.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from the dashboard. Your reports and tickets stay where they are; the pipeline just stops creating new ones.
What happens when I sign up?
You start on the Free plan automatically — no card and nothing to choose. It includes 25 BugFixes AI analyses and 50 new tickets a month across 2 projects; crash reporting, deduplication and alerts are unlimited. Upgrade from Settings → Billing when you need more.
What is included in the first-year free offer?
The first 5 customers get their chosen plan free for the first year. We ask for a short check-in so we can keep improving the product.
